You tell me the problem, not the solution

I don’t need specs, diagrams, or opinions on “which technology to use”. I need one thing: where you’re losing time or money. “Every Monday I spend three hours copying orders into Excel” is a perfect description. Translating that into technical terms is my job, not yours.

We cut the fat together

Every idea arrives with ten things it “would be nice to do”. We go through them one by one and separate the must from the nice. The first version is the smallest thing that solves your problem, not the biggest thing we can imagine. The rest isn’t lost. It gets its turn, once the core proves it’s worth it. And because the first version is small, so is the cost.

You see something working, early

I don’t disappear for months and come back with “the final product”. You get a first version that runs, you try it in your actual work, you tell me what feels off, and we build on that. And the code is yours from day one. No black box, no lock-in to anyone.

The idea doesn’t need to be ready

No idea ever became a tool by staying theory. The first step isn’t the perfect plan, it’s starting. If you wait to “mature” it first, you’ll carry it around for another year. Sharpening it is part of the work, and we do it together. Tell me your idea exactly as it sits in your head. Rough is fine. It’s enough.
